Products
Nicotine Pouches
We have a range of standard flavors, but we can develop any type of flavor you wish. We can adjust the specifications to almost any parameters, like format, weight, moisture, nicotine level and more.
Before starting the product development, we will fill out your individual customer sample specification, ensuring that we match your expectations.
Energy Pouches
As with nicotine pouches, we have a standard range and develop from scratch, any flavor direction you are looking for. Energy Pouches are normally with caffeine, but we also have the possibility to offer other ingredients to stimulate, energize and vitalize.
Bulk delivery
If you don’t want the products in a round standard snus can, we also offer pouches in bulk – sealed for freshness and you have the possibility to pack in any packaging you like.
Ready to pack powder
You have your own pouchmaker but you want to outsource the product development and powder mixing? No problem, we can deliver ready to pack powder with the specifications you want.
Design and brand logo
If you need graphic assistance for designing your labels and brand logo, then we can offer you this extra service. Together we will analyse the target group, key markets and marketing concept. We will then share our results with our co-operation partner, who is highly skilled and experienced in nicotine pouch design. We offer this service at a very competitive price, so unless you have an in-house graphic designer, our service will most probably be the best solution for you.

Contract manufacturing
The process and timing for your product depends on several factors. The typical process is:
First contact and start.
We have made it easy, as we already have a total specification scheme with guidelines, which we will send to you.
1-2 days.
Label design starts. We can assist with design and creation, or you can send us your ready to print artwork.
If flavors are in stock, samples are usually done within 5-7 days. New flavors can take 2 weeks.
Varies, from a few days to a few weeks.
Finalize labels to print.
Label printing appr. 10 days.
Depends on the order size, but we usually have orders ready within 2 weeks from when the order is placed.
Depending on your project (recipe, design labels, order size) it will usually take between 4-10 weeks in total. For re-orders, expect 2-4 weeks.
About us
Situated in Assens, Denmark, a group of previous management employees at AG SNUS have started a new adventure. In the old premises (closed by PMI end of 2023) we have set up a full in-house production of Nicotine Pouches and Energy Pouches.
With decades of experience in tobacco, snus and tobacco free pouches, our combined knowledge and competencies, cover all aspects of the process – from product development and quality, to production, technic, and sales & marketing. Therefore, we believe that this new adventure was “meant-to-be”.
